St Dogmaels Abbey ruins are a spectacular sight, the Abbey was built in the 12th century by Benedictine monks and in the summer you may be lucky enough to attend an open air play or concert in the grounds. The village mill pond is situated beside the working flour mill and opposite the Abbey?s Visitor Centre which serves good food. There are several pubs in the village and Cardigan Market Town and Castle is just over a mile away.
