The harbour village of Solva has several pubs, restaurants and individual shops. St. Davids with its magnificent Cathedral is famous for being the smallest city in Wales. A day trip to one of the bird islands of Ramsey, Skomer or Skokholm is well worth the effort and at the right time of the year you can see literally thousands of puffins and shearwaters off Skomer.
