This comfortable and welcoming house situated on a quiet lane is within walking distance of the many attractions of Solva - a picturesque coastal village with harbour within the National Park. It is ideally placed as a starting point for walks along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and for exploration of surrounding areas, including St Davids and the Islands of Skomer and Ramsey. There are several pubs and restaurants in Solva which provide meals - seafood being very popular.
The house is well furnished and equipped so that a relaxing holiday may be enjoyed. The kitchen/dining room provides a light and airy environment with a dining table and chairs and a high standard of equipment including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, conventional double oven and a hob. Steps lead down to a comfortable sitting room with sofa and chairs. Downstairs shower room with shower, wash hand basin and WC. Door to outside paved area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom 2 has twin beds. All linen is provided for the beds which have duvets. The bathroom comprises bath, WC and wash hand basin. Heating is by panel radiators and hot water by immersion heater, additionally there are night storage heaters.Sorry no cot available. Small pets are welcome upon agreement with the owner.
