The property lies within easy walking distance of the Premier Award winning sandy beach at Mwnt and the Cardigan Bay Coastal Path. From the headland at Mwnt with its tiny Celtic church, dolphins, seals and choughs are a familiar sight. The adjacent rocky coastline is particularly popular for sea fishing. The bungalow is set among 20 acres of peaceful pasture land and guests are welcome to explore this and the surrounding beautiful countryside.

Accommodation

The main entrance opens into the spacious lounge which is very comfortably furnished containing three piece suite, Freeview TV, DVD and occasional furniture. The kitchen/dining room is fully fitted with electric cooker, fridge/ freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave and pine dining table and chairs. Outside the kitchen door there is a sheltered patio and lawned garden which is completely enclosed and safe for children. Both these rooms benefit from sea views. The main bedroom contains a double bed and Regency style furniture while the second bedroom has twin beds. Bedlinen is supplied for the beds, which have duvets. The bathroom contains bath with over head shower, WC and wash hand basin. There are night storage heaters and electric heaters throughout the property and all electricity will be charged according to use. Barbecue and garden furniture are provided. A cot and highchair are provided. There is ample parking space. Sea, river and coarse fishing nearby. Up to 2 well controlled pets welcome. Towels available on request - £3 per guest.
