Situated just 300 yards from the beach, this tiny cottage was once the village bakery. Its original owner chose the site hoping that the delicious smell of baking bread would help him entice the lady next door into becoming his wife. Little Haven no longer boasts a village baker, however it does have an excellent choice of eating places and pubs all within a few minutes walk. Garden steps lead down to the cottage, which is in a sunny sheltered position.
The stable door entrance leads into the original bakery, which still retains much of its character, displaying stone walls and an open fireplace. The living room contains easy chairs, dining table and chairs. The tiny kitchen area comprises kitchen units, fridge, electric Baby Belling cooker and microwave oven (washing machine available). The shower room comprises shower, wash hand basin and WC. The spacious bedroom contains a double bed, occasional furniture, colour TV and easy chairs. Bedlinen is provided for the beds, which have duvets. There are electric storage heaters and convector heaters and electricity will be charged according to use. One can enjoy the evening sunset from the garden and garden furniture is provided, at the rear of the property is a decking area also with garden furniture. One small pet by arrangement. Sorry no children. Parking for 1 car beside the cottage. Towels are available on request - £3 per guest.
