Enjoying a splendid spot just beside the beach in Little Haven, this simple fisherman's cottage provides a unique position and provides welcoming accommodation. There are three pubs in the village, which serve good food and ale and, for the long bracing walk you may have to take afterwards, the Coastal Path is just outside the front door. There are many other beaches and coves within walking distance and, if you have your own boat, the slipway is just 20 yards away. Every room in this cottage enjoys a great beach view.  

Accommodation

Entrance into sitting/dining room with open beamed ceiling, exposed stone work and tiled floor with rug; the room is furnished with a leather suite, colour TV with Sky Basic, video/DVD player, woodburning stove, items of occasional furniture and a dining table and chairs. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a range of basic fitted units, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and an automatic washer drier. Leading off the kitchen is a large lean to store room (with no sea view) for keeping beach or walking paraphernalia. There is a single bedroom downstairs with sea views and skylight window. There are open tread stairs leading to two bedrooms, bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed and has Sky TV. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both rooms have bedroom furniture and one exposed stone wall. Bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over it, WC and wash hand basin. The cottage also has a private timber deck in an elevated position which enjoys stunning views over the village and beach. Travel cot and highchair are available. Sorry, no pets. There is parking for unloading outside the cottage, thereafter in the nearby village car park. There is electric central heating, electricity is charged according to use. Towels included in rental.
